Terms & Conditions

Start Time: Booking begins when you enter the studio. Allow time for setup. Early entry can not be accommodated.

End Time: Your booking ends at the designated time. Set up and clean time must be factored into rental time. Overtime charges: under 15 minutes will be billed at 2x the hourly rate, and over 15 minutes at 4x the hourly rate.

Gear Care: Treat studio equipment with care. Any damage will incur replacement charges.

Facility: Leave The AH AH and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. It is the renters responsibility to clean the space - sweeping up any debris and wiping up any spills. Furniture must be returned to original location. Failure to do any of the above will result in fee starting at $75 (depending on the extent of the mess). Any damage to the facility or items therein will be charged at the replacement cost.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the booked start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.

Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before booked start time are not refundable.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age to book. Guests under 10 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present.

Prohibited Items: Open flames, smoke bombs, smoking, candles, vaping, fireworks, or pyrotechnics are not allowed in the studio.

Content Restrictions: AH AH prohibits bookings for pornographic or adult entertainment. Full nudity is not allowed, and lingerie/swimsuit shoots must be disclosed.

Damages & Indemnification: Users of Area Hall Art House agree to protect and hold harmless Area Hall Art House and its staff from any injuries, damages, or claims that may occur during their use of the space. This includes any incidents involving themselves, their guests, or anyone else while in the facility.
